This view has been shared now by more and more people. I’m very glad to receive college ecation and i reached the conclusion that i have come to college not for one single reason, but for many.

First, university is such an ideal place to broaden my horizon and make more friends. The youth of 21stcentury should be open-minded, instead of being a person with a tunnel vision. I’m ready to meet more challenges and make more friends ring the four years.
第一，大学是能开阔我眼界和结交更多朋友的理想之地。作为21世纪的年轻人，我们应该开拓思维，而不是目光狭隘。我已经做好在这四年内接受挑战和认识更多朋友的准备了。

Second, I’m unwilling to step into the society straight after high school. I’m afraid I’m not fully prepared for the working environment: complicated interpersonal problems, jockeying for position, a tremendous amount of pressure and etc. I have to face various kinds of major conflicts as well as trivial things. I seem to be over-pessimistic, but that actually accounts for part of my choice.
第二，我不愿意在高中之后就直接进入社会。我害怕我没有完全做好踏入工作环境的准备：复杂的人际问题，用手段谋取职位，巨大的压力等等。我必须面对各种重大冲突还有琐碎事情。我也许是过度悲观了，但是事实上这也是我做出选择的一个原因。

Finally, thanks to the all-out support from my parents, i am able to further my study in university. I’ll spare no efforts to live up to their expectation on me to be a well-trained and well-rounded person.
最后，幸好有我父母的全力支持，我才得以在大学继续我的学业。我会不留余力地满足他们的期望成为一个训练有素全面发展的人。

　　University, which is the Garden of Eden for students in the eyes of many people, is still doing the big job that is, making students useful to this world. Though Bill Gates can stand up to speak for his own, everyone can’t deny the importance of university. Other people believe that the young can also be ecated through other ways. Yes. All we want is knowledge. All we need to do is to improve ourselves. If so, why not devote your most precious and energetic years to this Garden of Eden, in time you will not regret your deed。
　　Now please let me defend for myself, why I place university on such a holy state better than anything else。
　　From the day the first university was found (Maybe Oxford)， this world begins to define university as the right place where high (top) students should go. First, the professors in university attract us. They just like the Socrates in ancient Greek. Everyone was eager to go where the study is famous. The better the courses are, the better students it proces, the more famous the university will be. Since SAT become prevalent in Chinese mainland, it has attracted many Chinese top students to try on the project. It opens a door for us to U. S. universities: Harvard, Yale, Stanford, etc。
　　Second, University shapes us into different roles we play in society in the future. If one has the talent in leading people, it probably begins to appear in University。
　　While University is perfect in many people’s eyes, it has been critizing (criticized) for a long time. Many complain that they don’t get useful knowledge ring the four years, it’s (It is) no better than four blank years except for balls, parties, and meeting different people. But I must say, whenever you have a goal, you will not lose yourself in university, (插入for) it’s a land of peace, but a land of challenge (vanity fair)。
　　On the other hand, the informal ecation becomes more and more useful. It furnishes a lot of people’s life, and its knowledge is immediately practiced. I admit its importance, for I myself have seen many universities like this in England, Germany and many other European. But to spot the stuff, university should not be ignored. It can not be placed (replaced). Because the informal ecation is just a way for getting knowledge, it’s nothing more, but instant knowledge。
　　To Sum up, I prefer the university to be more effective and desirable. It is indeed the case。

What is the main reason for people to attend college or university: to get new experience that can help people live more comfortable or to learn more knowledge that can help people win people a wonderful future? In my view, I prefer the latter goal, for two reasons.

In the first place, I believe that university and college are the best place to learn knowledge. In my experience, the efficiency of learning is such that without appropriate study conditions such as study environment, adequate study materials, people would struggle to increase knowledge or attain relative few improvement in study. Clearly, the university and college are almost the only place that can provide all study conditions, therefore increasing the efficiency of study greatly.

In the second place, the reason why I believe that people attend university and college mainly take account for increasing knowledge is that knowledge is the basis of any great achievements. When studying in university or college, people learn not only knowledge from books; they also ameliorate knowledge about time arrangement, team cooperation and other skills that are essential to other goals. Without knowledge mentioned above, the hope of other achievements that one might hold when attend university and college such as career preparation and new experience will be ungrounded.

Those who advocate that attending university is mainly for realistic life purpose might point out that learning knowledge is just one method of achieve more flexible life and there are many other crucial factors that are necessary to future success. Even so, in my assessment, knowledge is much more important and accessible than any other factors when people study in university and college.

In sum, it is in our best interesting for student to increase knowledge by attending university and college. And, in any case, the opinion that knowledge is critical to future success and should be treated as the main aim of attending university provides great rationale for the preference of knowledge increase against other aims.

Campus Life
My station in university campus inch territory, breathes and feels a here freshness. The university life like this started. Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus life?

Yet others do not think much of their college life, thus do not benefit as much. In their eyes, the university is just a bigger high school. The only difference is that they have more time at their disposal without parents looking over their shoulder.
As to me, college life is ideal if only I have abundant books to read, some bosom friends to keep me company, a couple of conscientious professors to instruct me, and an easy access to the Internet.
We are all glad to hear that. So we are very happy in our school life。

Why I Chose to Attend College?
As my high school years were drawing to a close, I turned over and over again in my mind the question of whether I should go to college. At times I did have some doubts. After careful consideration, however, I finally decided it was worthwhile to attend college.
Firstly, because I was always hungry for knowledge and keen on learning. While in high school, I became more and more interested in such subjects as math, physics, and chemistry. I longed to explore much further into those areas.
Secondly, because I knew a college ecation would provide me with opportunities for all round development. I would play in musical groups, take part in sports, and join campus organizations. Involvement in various kinds of activities could help make me a well rounded person.
Finally, I was aware that in today＇s world many professions require years of specialized trainning. Without a college ecation, it would be difficult for me to obtain a desirable position.
Now I＇m here at college and I seem to have more reasons to congratulate myself on my right decision.
