1、表示时间的某一点、某一时刻或年龄等用 at：
at 8 o'clock在八点钟
at the age of 25 在25 岁时

2、泛指一般意义的上午、下午或晚上以及月或年等较长的时间，一般用 in：
in the morning/afternoon/evening在上午（下午、晚上）
in 1946在1946年
in the second week 在第二周
3.、若表示星期几、某一特定的日期、或具体某天的某个时段，则用 on：
on Monday在星期一
on the fifth of May在5月5 日
on a rainy night 在一个雨天的晚上
4、固定搭配
at night 在晚上
on weekend 在周末
at the weekend 在周末
